Terms & Conditions

1. All ticket purchased is NOT refundable, please book upon your confirmation.

2. Payment must be done in the same day upon booking is placed, else the seat will be cancelled.

3. Reserved seat is confirmed only when payment is made and received.

4. 100% refund in coupon code when the booking date is within 7 days, the same time with RM5 processing fees for every cancellation request.

5. Zero refund for booking date that is over 7 days and will be treated as “cancelled ticket”.

6. All “cancelled ticket” will be owned by Buspool, Buspool and the leaders have the right to let go or re-sell the seat.

7. Ticket is not transferable, this has caused mismatch of passenger details such as contact number and pick up point
